By making this reservation, you acknowledge that you agree to the terms of the guarantee policy, rate terms and requirements, and the Terms of Use for this site.

Use of a debit card to secure this reservation may result in an authorization hold on your bank funds in excess of the room rental amount. Please contact the hotel directly if you have questions concerning the hotel's debit card authorization practice.

By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Merchant LES via its mobile text message provider, Whistle Messaging. You will receive texts about your reservation, offers, and customer support. Messaging Frequency varies. You may opt out of receiving messages by texting the word STOP to any text message you receive from Merchant LES. Guarantee Policy

Your room will be held until 7:00 AM the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax.

No Smoking Policy

The Merchant LES is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking in guest rooms, on balconies or in public spaces will result in a damage charge of not less than $250. 

No Party Policy

Please understand that if other Guests are disturbed due to excessive noise, Management reserves the right to ask everyone to vacate the premises and any refund of room rate and deposit will be forfeited at that time. You may also incur a fee of $500.00 as a disturbance charge. 

Damage Policy

Should there be damages to your room, any replacement or repairs to the item/s will be charged to your credit card accordingly.
